Exothermic Engineering is actively working with several utilities to address their mill inerting systems, particularly those firing Power River Basin coals.  We are active with NFPA and with the PRB Coal Users' Group, developing their "Best Practices in Mill Inerting" paper.  Our engineers have tested, designed and modified both steam inerting systems and CO2 inerting systems, as well as designing and modifying logic, and checking logic revisions by others.  Exothermic Engineering can provide a complete package including initial testing, design, drafting, startup and performance testing of the system.
